Local activist Fenella Bowden making note of pot-holes around Heol Yr Efail

The Rhiwbina Focus Team has started the New year as it means to go on - by helping local residents resolve problems in Rhiwbina.

Local activist Fenella Bowden (picture) has asked the council to repair the large pot-hole that has appeared in the road in Heol Yr Efail, and has also been making note of other pot-holes in the local area.

Fenella told us: "The road has recently had traffic calming speed humps installed, but it makes them very difficult to navigate with such a large hole in the road surface. The recent heavy rain and frosts have simply made the problem worse."
