Fenella remains on the case of the problems of flooding in Heathwood Road and Maes y Coed Road

Flooding in Heathwood Road and Maes y Coed Road is continuing to be tackled by Cllr Fenella Bowden in Heath Ward.

She has been working with Highways and Welsh Water to ensure that gullies are repaired and kept clear and that roots in the drains are cut back to enable the water to flow freely.

Fenella said ' There has been some dreadful flooding in parts of these roads and I deeply sympathise with residents who have been anxious about the flood waters entering their properties. I shall continue to monitor the position and keep in touch with residents.'
