Llandaff North Planning Application Withdrawn

The recent planning application, affecting part of the land at no. 46 Evansfield Road, has been withdrawn by the applicant. The application was for a two-storey extensions on the site containing a number of dwellings.

Addressing local residents' concerns Cllrs Ann Rowland-James and Jacqui Hooper requested officers visit the site. During the meeting at the site, Ann and Jacqui discussed the development in terms of parking, safety and possible over-development of the land.

The application has not been refused or deferred, but the applicant has decided to withdraw.

Should this application be renewed, then the Llandaff North Focus Team will inform local residents.
