New playground nearly ready at Ffordd Mograig

The new playground at Ffordd Mograog is about to open.

The playground serving the new housing estate at Ffordd Mograig, Watkins Square, Tatham Road and Mostyn Square is nearly completed.

The playground has equipment for younger children, whilst a larger multi-use games area for older children is already being well-used.

Local Lib Dem, Matt Smith, said: "It's great to see facilities like these opening for the benefit of residents."

John Dixon, Parliamentary spokesman for Cardiff North, added: "Residents in the new estate have had quite a long wait for these new play facilities, but it's great that they are now nearly ready."
